When you apply, we collect your first name, email address, and phone number, and the answers you give in the application (including relationship history, work situation, and approximate income if you choose to share it).

We also record basic technical information such as your browser type and which steps of the application you reached, so we can understand how the process is working.

• To schedule and hold your call, and to contact you about your application.
• To send marketing emails or texts, only if you opted in. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
• To improve our website and application process using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site, such as our hosting provider, database provider, scheduling calendar, email provider, and customer management tools. They may process it only on our behalf.

We keep application records for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to how we use it. To unsubscribe from texts, reply STOP. To unsubscribe from emails, use the link in any email. For any other request, contact us below.

Your information is sent over encrypted connections and stored in a secured database. Your contact details are never placed in web addresses. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Coaching is not medical or mental health treatment. Please do not use the application to share information about an emergency. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
