Banska Bystrica was an awesome place for us to end this tour. I feel like that week really challenged our group to simply have faith, knowing that God is with us. As we visited the different schools, we got more and more excited for what was going to happen at the end of the week for the concert. The night of the concert was nothing short of amazing. A lot of the kids we had invited at the schools came, which always puts a smile on our faces. One of my favorite parts of the night was when we played “Paradise” with the local Fusion choir group. Paradise was pretty much the theme song for us during tour so it was nice to actually perform it during the concert. Props to Coldplay for writing amazing music.

As usual, we had to say our goodbyes to the youth group we grew so close to which is never easy. It was only two days later that we would depart not only from Europe, but our beloved EXIT Tour team. A lot of things happened on this tour that we weren’t expecting, and one of them was making family-like bonds with our team. We had endured so much together, laughed so much together, and seen so much together. It’s even hard to put into words how meaningful it really was because words can only express so much.

This trip changed us and I don’t think any of us could have foreseen the extent of it. We went to these cities not only with the agenda to play a show and leave, but to share a bit of our life stories, and how God has impacted us. We prepared what we wanted to share with the students, but we hadn’t prepared just how much they would end up sharing with us in return. We came to see a type of honesty we just don’t see too often in people. We were very humbled by the generosity, thoughtfulness, and love we received from everybody. We will never forget this tour as a defining moment for us as a band. It has given us a new outlook on the importance of being obedient to where God calls you because in the end, it’s always worth it.

We want to thank every single person that helped us make this tour possible and functional. Our prayer is that you would seek God, and simply run with the purpose he’s given you.

EXIT TOUR // Pisek

As the Exit Tour continues throughout the Czech Republic we found ourselves in Pisek. We had just finished an amazing week in Liberec, and were excited to carry our momentum into Pisek.

While each city on tour has been uniquely special, Pisek will always hold a special place in my heart. Not only is the city beautiful but we were able to make great friendships with amazing people.

Ultimately what made Pisek so special was that it was our last concert in the Czech Republic. We’ve connected so strongly with this country and wanted to make our last show truly special. We prayed that God would move in a mighty way and that all would see his glory. From the first note to the last I was overwhelmed by the atmosphere in that room. I think the best way describe the night was passionate. The loud parts were extra loud and the soft parts were delicate. The room fell silent as the gospel was preached leaving no sources of distraction. We’ve heard amazing testimonies from that night, and I truly believe that many lives have and will continue to be changed by the actions of a group of people.

Ultimately nights like our concert in Pisek can only be successful if a group of people come together united in purpose. We would like to thank everyone again for all of their contributions and work. We can’t do what we do with you.

EXIT TOUR//Liberecs

We had an amazing past week in the city of Liberecs. Met a lot of people there and made some new friends. One thing we as a team learned pretty well this week was how to completely rely on God. A lot of us were attacked with cold symptoms that lasted the week, but God showed up and people’s lives were changed forever! It’s such an honor to be a part of this movement that is happening in the Czech Republic as city’s are experiencing God’s love for the first time. I personally have been changed in many ways by being a part of this. I have been able to share my testimony on the concert nights along with Brian, and we have talked with many students afterwards who connected with our stories and are now interested in who Jesus is. There’s no greater feeling than to see people give their lives to Jesus. Thanks to all of you out there praying for us. We need it, and appreciate it! God Bless!

EXIT TOUR//week 3

We’re about to celebrate our first Czech Easter and it’s a great time to reflect on our trip. Since we’ve been abroad it’s been so amazing to see just how big God is. We’ve been able to meet so many amazing people abroad who are so passionate about serving God. I think that too often we decide to focus on our differences rather than our similarities. It’s easy see that we come from different cultures, speak different languages, and live in different time zones, but it’s so reassuring to know we serve the same God.

This Easter I think it’s important to remember our unity as Christians. To truly place Christ at the center of our lives and be united in Him.

Let’s celebrate it’s Easter!!!

March 30th @ Club R will be a day we will never forget. Leading up to the show, we were able to invite hundreds of students to not only come experience a concert, but to encounter Jesus in a real way. Through music, testimonies, and a quick gospel message, lives were forever changed.

As a band, we have seen the importance of reaching out to a generation longing for something new in their lives. If there’s anything we have learned so far, it’s that we will never know how much a simple invitation can change some ones life for the good. We will never know how much showing genuine interest and care into people’s lives can really benefit their circumstances.

We came to Trebic with no friends, but then we left leaving many new friends behind. We were shocked to see how deep some relationships had gotten in a span of 72 hours. It wasn’t easy to leave the city, but we find peace knowing that we are doing exactly what we are called to do. Stay posted for more updates in the week to come, much love!

So the past few days have been AMAZING. God is working through our team and it’s such an honor to be a part of it. Czech Republic is hearing about Jesus! We have played at 4 high schools in Trebic this week and we will be having a concert tomorrow night at a club in the city. God will show up and do what only he can do (change people)…it’s going to be a night that will not be forgotten. It’s only our first week of tour and God has already done so much. We have met hundreds of people personally and have been able to hear their stories and encourage them with the love that we carry through Jesus. This is our first blog since we have landed in the Czech Republic. We have been having a blast being a part of such an amazing team here. COUNTING DOWN THE DAYS

So we are now just days away from leaving the states for 6 weeks on tour in Eastern Europe! We know God has a great plan for us there and can’t wait to see how all of that unfolds while being right in the middle of it. We appreciate all of the prayers and support from everyone who has helped make this possible for us to do. It was a miracle that it worked out the way it did. We all said in the beginning of this opportunity that “If God makes the way…we will go”, and He has clearly made the way. :)

The EXIT Tour // Sights Set On Central Europe

Ahoy friends! We are excited to announce that come March 18th we will be heading over to the land of The Czech Republic and Slovakia for 6 weeks! We have been offered the extraordinary opportunity to headline a ministry focused tour called the “EXIT Tour.” During our time there, we will be playing at numerous high schools and venues and we will have the chance to share the Gospel message to thousands of high school students and young adults in a very authentic way. We know we have a part in something much bigger then ourselves, and we can’t wait to get a glimpse at what that looks like.

I think it’s so cool how our obedience to the calling on our lives plays such a crucial role in the lives of those around us. We are all in this together, and we all need to press towards our God given calling for our lives because at the end of the day it’s not so much about ourselves, but the lives that God is able to touch through our pursuit. I believe when we faithfully step out, God is there to step in. We will be posting some video blogs/updates leading up to and during our trip so be on the look out for some of that! Prayers would be appreciated during this time as well :)
