Ahoy friends! We are excited to announce that come March 18th we will be heading over to the land of The Czech Republic and Slovakia for 6 weeks! We have been offered the extraordinary opportunity to headline a ministry focused tour called the “EXIT Tour.” During our time there, we will be playing at numerous high schools and venues and we will have the chance to share the Gospel message to thousands of high school students and young adults in a very authentic way. We know we have a part in something much bigger then ourselves, and we can’t wait to get a glimpse at what that looks like.

I think it’s so cool how our obedience to the calling on our lives plays such a crucial role in the lives of those around us. We are all in this together, and we all need to press towards our God given calling for our lives because at the end of the day it’s not so much about ourselves, but the lives that God is able to touch through our pursuit. I believe when we faithfully step out, God is there to step in. We will be posting some video blogs/updates leading up to and during our trip so be on the look out for some of that! Prayers would be appreciated during this time as well :)

At the beginning of 2011 we will start recording all our new material through a number of EPs that will be released throughout the year. As some of you might have been aware, for the last six months DA has been in a break season. At the time when we were confronted with it, the idea of us not being together anymore did not make sense. Somehow in the midst of this seemingly rash decision, God gave us assurance and a kind of peace that everything is going to be alright. Through these past few months God has really got to show us more of who He is and also provide understanding through this all. Recently, he has brought us all together and confirmed that He in fact is not done here. Instead, He is only starting. Divine Attraction is here to stay! With a new passion and fire about what He’s done, we are excited to continue on this journey! We have lots of new music coming your way and also we would like to introduce our new second guitarist, Garrison Ford! Be checking back for updates on what’s going on with upcoming shows and new recordings!
